The spacious Villa Clementine, with its spectacular view of the bay of Lorient, has a familiar and inviting warmth, that perhaps comes from the villa’s namesake: the owner’s grandmother.
Suspended in the heights of Vitet, this holiday home overlooks the bay of Lorient, Frégate Islands, Green Toc, Saint-Martin and Anguilla, and even part of the port harbor of Gustavia on the Caribbean Sea. In a few minutes by car, guests will reach the capital Gustavia, or the village of Saint-Jean to find the best restaurants on the island, and its wonderful sandy beaches.

This magnificent rental villa seems to have climbed to the top of the endemic trees that surround it to enjoy the panorama of Saint Barth, from sunrise to sunset. On the main level, the terrace - partly covered where it sits above the living room and the outdoor dining room - runs along the entire façade. At one end, descend a flight of stairs to discover the atypical swimming pool, flanked by a row of palms to the rear for privacy, while to the front a wooden bridge with loungers lined up, facing the panorama.

At the center of the main level, the living room can bring together your entire family or friends to share moments together, friendly and relaxed, while enjoying the view through the windows, that completely disappear when opened. The discreet decoration found in this villa contains many notes of wood and stone, giving a natural and earthy feel. The adjoining open kitchen, fully equipped and modern, behind a long bar, precedes the beautiful staircase leading to the lower floor of the villa. At this level, there’s a gym ready for your workouts.
