The infinity pool, surrounded by a wide wooden beach covered with deckchairs and an endless alignment of cushions welcomes sunbathers and guests who just want to sit back with a good book, if not too distracted by the views framing the pool. At night, she becomes a river of jade along a semi-covered terrace where the outdoor lounge and dining room are located, suitable for gathering twelve guests for the ultimate in sociable meal times. A second dining room is sheltered under a gazebo in the garden, and an outdoor fitness-massage area is situated at the end of the pool.
Behind the extensive walls of glass that can be pulled wide open to enjoy the tropical climate of St Barths, the living room is articulated around an L-shaped sofa: plenty large enough so that all guests of this rental house can sit at the same time. The other place to share good convivial moments is the bar separating the kitchen, which in turn is ideally equipped to welcome a chef to prepare great meals for you. Under the high ceiling made of Caribbean wood, the theme of this villa is more Indonesian than the Caribbean with its dark woods and ethnic decorative items.
Two suites occupy part of the main dimensions of this villa, one with ocean views, the other looking on to the landscaped garden. Both have bathrooms and indoor / outdoor showers. Two other suites, connected by a pleasant patio, are housed in a separate bungalow near the pool. Another bungalow at the back of the house accommodates four single beds, two of which are in the mezzanine, and a bathroom: a paradise for children, for sure! Finally, a last guest-house consisting of a living room, a kitchenette, bathrooms and a terrace with panoramic views can add two rooms to the capacity of the villa. Throughout these rooms there’s a feel of refined bohemian decoration, thanks to the Balinese air that has blown through the villa, influencing the choice of colors and furniture.
