The airy living room opens on to the prívate terrace and pool in a seamless flow between interior and exterior worlds. Amenities include a flatscreen television, stereo/cd/dvd player, and Bose speakers. A separate dining area overlooks the bay and features an elegant rosewood pedestal table and classic chairs. Spaces feature air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar has European stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for cooking by guests or a private chef. It is furnished with r/f, oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and sundry culinary tools. Crate & Barrel porcelain china, flatware and glasses serve everyday uses as well as more elegant dinners.

Bedrooms have queen size 4-poster beds with custom pillowtop mattresses and stylish linens. The master suite opens to the terrace and pool. Bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans as well. A sunny loft with ocean and garden views has a desk w/computer (DSL/WiFi) and offers an additional sleeping option with twin beds.
