The Royal Penthouse is located at the rooftop of "The Cliff" luxury residence, on cupecoy Beach. The St. Maarten's “Gold Coast”, the southwestern coast of Dutch St. Maarten is the most quiet and secure place of the island.

The Royal Penthouse overlooks the pristine white sand and turquoise waters of secluded Cupecoy Beach, and you will have a panoramic view of the Caribbean sea, the Simpsonbay lagoon, the French side, Anguilla, Saba, Statia and St-Kitts.

The total area is 6781 sq ft each (630 m²) on two levels (11th and 12th floor). The Royal Penthouse comes with 4 king bed bedroom/4 bathroom + 2 twin bed bedroom (4 couples + 2/3 children or teens).

With the sister Queen Penthouse just beside (large communicating door), you can come with a group of 18 persons. The configuration is very flexible.
