Winter rates are in effect from December 15 to April 15. There is a 10.0% Administrative charge for all villa reservations. A 30% deposit is required. Outside of 60 days of arrival, the deposit is due within 14 days of booking. Inside of 60 days of arrival, the deposit is due within five days of booking, or prior to arrival, whichever is sooner. Reservations are not considered firm until a deposit is received. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation. The balance of your payment may be paid to WIMCO or SIBARTH 60 days prior to your arrival. The cancellation fee outside of 60 days prior to scheduled arrival is 20% of the Gross Rental Price. Inside 60 days of arrival the cancellation fee is 30% of the Gross Rental price. Inside of 15 days of arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the Gross Rental Price. Check in time is 3:00 PM, checkout time is 12:00 PM. All villas include daily maid service, except Sundays and holidays.
