Rates are per night for a bungalow for one or two guests and include continental breakfast,
round trip airport transfers, and service.
Rates are subject to a government room tax payable at the hotel upon checking out.

Rates are per double occupancy, and are to be paid at LA BANANE upon checking out.

Additional bed: 70 € per night
No children under the age of 13 on the premises

HOTEL ANNUAL CLOSURE
From Monday August 29th to Friday October 22nd 2010 included

RESERVATION POLICY
A 3 night deposit is required upon reservation by Visa, MasterCard or American Express for each week booked.
Deposit will secure the first night as well as the last two night of your stay.

For festive Season from December 19th to January 06th:
An advance deposit of 50% of total booking amount becomes due to confirm reservation, the remaining balance is required 60 calendar days prior to the arrival date. If the deposit or the remaining balance remains unpaid in due time,
we may consider this as cancellation of the client.
We do not accept credit card for advance payment at this period of the year
and will require a wire transfer to secure your booking. 

In case of an exclusive use reservation or group reservation (3 rooms and more)
different terms and conditions shall apply due to respective planning necessities.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation or changes in reservation dates should be transmitting in writing to LA BANANE. We will then immediately acknowledge by email the receipt of the cancellation and will apply the penalties as per our cancellation policy. Without this written response from us acknowledging the cancellation request, the deposit will be non-refundable.

If the client cancels the reservation, a cancellation fee will become due and payable as set out below:
Cancellation more than 30 days : 10% of deposit amount
Cancellation from 30 to 21 days: 25% of total stay is due
Cancellation from 20 to 08 days: 50% of total stay is due
Cancellation from 07 to 02 days: 75% of total stay is due
Cancellation less than 02 days: 100% of total stay is due
For no show and anticipated departure: 100% of stay as confirmed is due

For festive Season from December 19th to January 06th:
More than 60 days to arrival: no cancellation fee
60 days or less than 60 days to arrival: Total booking price will be forfeited or due
For no show and anticipated departure: full stay as reserved will become due

In case of an exclusive use reservation or group reservation (3 rooms and more)
different terms and conditions shall apply due to respective planning necessities.

For the Christmas and New Year’s Eve Holidays and for group reservation, it is important to note that  if party will not show on the first day of the confirmed reservation, we will consider this a cancellation and the hotel will be free to resell the room.

The client is strongly advised to take out suitable travel insurance for accident, illness,
baggage loss or theft, third party liability and cancellation insurance. 

CHECH IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in time: 14:00 h                    Check out time: 12:00 h
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
For a confirmed (guaranteed) early check-in before 14:00 h and a confirmed (guaranteed) late check-out after
12:00 h an extra charge of half a room night will apply.

BUNGALOW ‘Banane extra”
One bedroom bungalow with a four postered king size bed, bathroom, and private terrace.
Each offers individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan,
Wireless Internet access, personal safe, DVD and CD player, TV, telephone and mini bar.
Beach chairs, snorkelling gear according to availabilities.

BUNGALOW “Banane deluxe”
One bedroom bungalow with a four postered king size bed, bathroom, and private roof covered terrace with sofa.
Each offers individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, Wireless Internet access, personal safe, DVD and CD player, TV, telephone and mini bar, coffee machine, desk.
Beach chairs, snorkelling gear according to availabilities.
The deluxe bungalow is more spacious than the “Banane extra” category and is located in an exquisite hotel location.
