As Isle de France Club member, you will have abundant and flexible use of your luxury private Club accommodation for five weeks per year and 6 weeks for the holiday period, exclusive access to resort amenities and services, while minimizing the financial burden and eliminating the logistical hassles of vacation home ownership on St Barth. Like any kind of real estate, your Isle de France Club membership can be resold or transferred without any restrictions.

Membership
Each Member purchases one Primary week in high season which remains the same each year for the duration of the lease. Each Member also has a right to four Planned Vacation Weeks throughout the year which are chosen months in advance. To avoid conflicts, we use an equitable rotation system. The lease is for a period of 75 years and members can sell or transfer their membership anytime. For any weeks that are not occupied by the member, friends or family, these can be released back to the hotel for rental. Each member receives 60% of the rental and this money is credited to the Club Members Account. This money can be used to pay for extra's incurred at the hotel (car rental, flights, bar and restaurant bill, etc), pay the quarterly fees or can be credited back to the member.

The Isle de France Club is located on the renowned beach of "Baie des Flamands". The extraordinary amenities and services that have drawn international acclaim for the Isle de France Hotel are available to the Isle de France Club Villas Owners. The Club Villas remind you of refined and elegant design and construction in the French Colonial tradition mixed with Caribbean style. Scattered on the 10 acres of the Isle de France Hotel, the prestigious Isle de France Club offers one and two bedroom villas and cottage with private pools and jetted tubs for use by the Club Members and their guests. Five-star club and hotel amenities include a world-class Molton Brown spa, beach club, swimming pool, room service and the "La Case de L’Isle" Restaurant, complimentary mini-bar, storage, 24h concierge services… The Isle de France Club provides its Members with a 75 years leasehold interest in one of the villas or cottage. Only nine Members per villa or cottage ensure generous and flexible vacation time for themselves and guests. Club Amenities
The Club provides a full time concierge service, they can arrange flights to and from St Barth, VIP Service, shopping delivered to your villa prior to arrival, babysitting, restaurant reservations, rental car, personal trainer in villa, etc..
The Club also provides storage for all members. You can leave personal belongings in special containers at our secure air-conditioned storage facility. The boxes will be delivered to your villa prior to arrival and taken away at the end of your stay. Beach Club: umbrellas, beach towels, snorkelling gear, water activities, beverage services and reserved beach chairs.
Club Recreation: Molton Brown SPA, fitness center, boutique, beach front pool with a bar.
