The Isle de France Club is part of the FOLIO Collection of luxury residence clubs. The FOLIO collection also includes the Pond Bay Club, currently under development on the island of St. John USVI, and will be expanding to other European and North American locations in the near future. The FOLIO founding team is lead by Nicholas Crawley, one of Europe's finest hoteliers, and Bob Emmett, a U.S. based developer with experience in luxury properties. Nicholas recently co-founded and served as Management Director of Operations for the London -based Scotsman Group. Prior to the Scotsman Group, he headed the UK based Regal Hotel Group, which started with seven properties and grew to 120 superb hospitality properties.
