   Cottages are really a middle category in between Hotels and Villa or Apartment Rentals. As you would expect from an Hotel, you won't be the only guest there even though these structures are quite small and more private than hotels. It is also possible to rent all the cottages offered on one property. No restaurant are available on the premise, but cottages include at least a kitchenette and as the host live nearby, you will get a higher level of services than in an average villa.

   Villas are presented by the number of bedrooms they provide, but keep in mind that often rates vary with the number of bedroom used, so that, if available, a three bedroom villa can be rented as a one bedroom villa.
