In 2002, The Association of the Round Table changed its name to the St Barth Restaurant Association. Under president Didier Bensa, the association has several goals:

1 - Provide a warm welcome for clients

2 - Meet the culinary requests of their clientele

3 - Guarantee the smooth arrival of fresh food on the island

4 - Provide training to improve the overall quality of service
