Sommelière now for over 10 years. Coming from Bordeaux, she has stayed within the realm of first-class establishments working in France and in Switzerland.
She was wine waitress at Les sources de Caudalie in Bordeaux, La chévre D’Or at Eze Village, and Denis Martin in Vevey.
She holds the wine shop in Grand Fond and organizes the wine tastings.

Owner of the wine shop, he is specialized in the rare wine, atypical wine and organic wine research.
He was the wine waiter of the St James in Bordeaux, then François Plantation and Toiny in St Barths.
In 2005, he was awarded the «Ruinart» a trophy awarded to the best young wine waiter in Bordeaux.
